Welcome once again to our monthly newsletter, we hope that you are well
and enjoyed a marvelous festive season. Over 400 editions are now being
emailed all over the place and we see this as a great way to keep in touch
with our most valued clients, thank you for your continued support.
Fiona
Tricky from the Adelaide suburb of Glenelg is the competition winner from
last month. Fiona's entry was lucky enough to be drawn from the hat and
now she will enjoy a free weekend on the Goulburn River, canoeing camping
and all that. All the other correct entries have a discount of 10% off
their next trip to the river. The correct answers was Warrnambool and
Moe. See below for this months competition.
Foxy
Fox!
A tragedy occurred during the night of Boxing Day. A fox somehow got into
our chook shed in Kyabram and killed 8-terrified hens and our old duck.
Senseless mayhem, the fox only took one hen to eat. If I ever catch that
fox it will be "Yibbida Yibbida" for him!
International
Paddlers
During the past few weeks we have had people from America, China, Japan,
Malaysia and England enjoying the peace and tranquility of the environs
that surround the beautiful Goulburn River. All were very impressed with
the abundance of bird life that we sometimes take for granted. We live
in a lovely part of the world, and we wish to share with as many people
as possible.
Groups
Welcome
We can cater for groups up to about 25, and to support group bookings
from now on River Country Adventours offer 10% discount off groups of
6 or more and for groups over 10 a discount of 15% will be available.
This is a limited deal so if you have a group, book in now. The river
is flowing well and we look forward to your inquiries.
Competition
Another chance to win a free weekend on the Goulburn River. Correctly
answer the question, and the lucky winner will be notified on January
10. All correct entries will be eligible for a discount of 10% off their
