Tour itinerary
| Day 1 | Arrive at Shepparton Airport by 1000 for take off around 1030 hours. We follow the Mighty Murray to Mildura, lunch available (own expense). Mildura to Port Augusta, see the Flinders Rangers to the north. Ceduna, and check in to motel accommodation. Tour of town followed by dinner in the hotel (own expense). |
| Day 2 | Breakfast in motel Dining Room and prepare for flight to Nullarbor, then to the “Head of Bight” in the mini coach available at Nullarbor Airport. Situated on the Yalata Aboriginal Lands, this viewing platform is one of best areas in the world to see the magnificent whales. Up to 100 whales may congregate in the sea adjacent to the Bunda Cliffs. Picnic lunch enjoyed at the Yalata Resort. Plenty of time to see the whales. Dinner in either motel or hotel (own expense). Order oysters to be delivered in the morning (own expense). |
| Day 3 | Breakfast in motel Dining Room. Prepare to depart, follow coast to Port Lincoln, may see more whales. Lunch in Port Lincoln. Spectacular flight over Adelaide. Refuel at Horsham, view the rugged Grampians. Arrive back in Shepparton approx. 1700 |
