Adventurous Getaway
If you love camping and the Australian bush, but aren’t too keen on putting up tents and setting up the camp, then this is for you.
Everything is completely set up prior to your arrival at the Wyuna campsite which is just over 2-hours due north from Melbourne and 25 km east of Echuca on the Murray Valley Highway. All you need to bring is the bedding and food for the camp. River Country Adventours will cater (picnic lunches) on both canoeing safaris.

Paddlers travelling from Melbourne are asked to phone Rob Asplin mobile 0428 585 227 when you get to Tatura en-route, from here further directions will be given to guide you to Wyuna from where you will be escorted to the camp.
The next morning you will be driven the appropriate distance upstream and you can spend as much time as you like slowly paddling back to the campsite. The next morning after another fabulous night in the bush you paddle off downstream to “Yambuna” bridge, where you will be meet and driven back to the campsite to pack up and head home.
